1. No breakfast, but there are coffee and cookies. 2. The bed is not comfy at all, but it's ok for 1-2 nights

New and clean hotel
Very hard bed,
Nice but Simple breakfast, easy to find and park, or to come and go and always have parkingGreat staff. Decent price for the popular areaNew hotel and everything works ok
Evidence of ants or termites in room and walls with evidence of floodwater. Damp smell in roomBeds are rock hard
Clean .. modern.. free WiFi.. good continental breakfast. The manager went out of her way to assist with transfer arrangements - a kind thank you for this!
the location is a bit out from CBD if you are hiking through like I was.. But perfect for travellers with cars or their own transportation.. as it is literally on your way into town... public transport seems a bit less available this side of town as well... but reception will gladly call and arrange on request given sufficient notice.
